Remote Support
Our technical support staff can access your
computer to diagnose and correct problems, provided your unit is
networked and connected to the internet.
When requesting service, please
have the following information available:
- Company name
- Company phone number
- Contact name and phone number
- Ribstone product and version number
- Ribstone serial number (a 6 digit number located on the top of your
workstation.
Please be precise as possible in
your description of the problem.
